ABOUT ME
I'm a video game programmer with a passion for creating innovative games. With my 5 years of professional experience in game development, I have acquired solid skills in design, programming and problem solving.
I'm also a keen gamer and always on the lookout for new games to analyze and try to understand how they were built. Apart from programming, I like to spend time at the gym to keep in good physical condition.
MFV
The MFV (Virtual Training Module) is a project I worked on at Otherside Studio.
Our team consisted of two programmers and two 3D artists.
I was largely responsible for programming the vehicle and its physical movements.
I was also in charge of programming the user interface and interpreting the computer monitoring tool in Unreal, which is a very important part of this product.
I was lucky enough to be able to broaden my areas of expertise by having the task of developing the operation of all the control units.
I went from PCB design and component soldering to assembly, programming the micro-controllers and developing an Unreal Engine plugin for data interpretation.
This video shows the complete MFV deployment.
For this project, all the code was produced by the dev team, and no resources were outsourced.
This project demonstrates my ability to adapt to different types of task and how far my field of competence can extend.
